What this site collects

Nothing. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no tracking of any kind. There are no forms — the only way to reach us is by email.

When you email us

If you write to info@hhrtalent.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to share. We use it only to reply and to carry out the conversation you started. We don't add you to mailing lists and we don't share your details with anyone.

Candidate information

If you introduce yourself as a candidate, we keep what you send us only for the purpose of matching you with projects, for a maximum of twelve months from our last exchange — after that it is deleted. We delete it earlier on request, at any time. Write to the same address to ask what we hold or to have it removed.

Your rights

For any personal data we hold about you, you have the right to ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of its use, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@hhrtalent.com — we act on such requests without undue delay. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Hosting

This site is served by Vercel, our hosting provider, which may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs as part of operating the service. Where such data is processed outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by European Commission-approved safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
